REGISTRATION PROCESS
To get started you may register online by first selecting the state in which you received a ticket or you may call us and register over the phone. Prior to registering, verify that the court has authorized you to take our online course.

Your confidential information submitted for the purpose of satisfying court requirements only and will NOT be sold or supplied to any outside parties.
HARDWARE/SOFTWARE REQUIREMENTS
In order to use our system to take our courses, your system must meet the following requirements, in addition to internet access (28.8k or higher):
- Windows95/98/NT/ME/2000/XP/Vista or Linux (with X-Windowing Systems)
- Internet access at 28.8k or higher
- Netscape 4.x (Win/Lin) or higher, Mozilla 0.9.x (Win/Lin) or higher, or Internet
- Explorer 6.x (Windows Only) and above
- JavaScript and Cookies must be enabled in your browser settings
- Macromedia Flash Plug-ins v4 and above
LOSING YOUR INTERNET CONNECTION
Your progress is logged by our systems at the end of each section and our systems will not terminate your connection due to inactivity. Should you lose your internet connection for whatever reason (i.e., power outage, call-waiting disruption, etc.), when you log back in you will return to the start of the module in progress.
Are you an AOL user? Please note that AOL has activity requirements while online requiring you to remain interactive with AOL during some of the longer sections.

Enrollment in this program will serve as your agreement to the warranties above.
COURSE REQUIREMENTS
No sections can be skipped or bypassed. You must also complete each of the course’s sections AND pass the final exam with a score of 80% or higher in order to receive a completion certificate. If you do not pass the final exam, you may retake it one additional time. Any additional retakes are permitted only after registering and paying for the course again. Upon completion, a certificate of completion will be issued. Please allow 5 business days to process.
ATTENTION KERN, SAN BERNARDINO, ALAMEDA, MADERA, MONTEREY, EL DORADO, STANISLAUS, SACRAMENTO, SANTA BARBARA, TOULOMEN, TULATE, ORANGE AND SAN DIEGO COUNTY COUNTY STUDENTS:
Please be advised that all Kern, Sane Bernardino, Alameda, Madera, Monterey, El Dorado, Stanislaus, Sacramento, Santa Barbara, Toulomen, Tulate, Orange and San Diego County Students must complete their final exam in the presence of a Notary Public. You will be required to provide a valid driver's license upon taking the final exam and an additional fee may be required to notarize the exam. You will receive further instructions at the end of the course.
REFUNDS:
Without exception, no refunds will be granted once you have entered the course.
VERIFICATION OF STUDENT IDENTITY
At no time will course credit be issued if you receive any help. Upon registration, you will be asked to verify under penalty of perjury that you alone will be participating in the course without any outside assistance. Later you will answer questions that will be used to verify your identity throughout the course. You will be disqualified from the course for attempting to circumvent the security systems, time requirements, participate in the course while other browser windows are open, or refer to materials not contained in the course during testing.
You may appeal a decision to be disqualified. Granting an appeal is at our discretion. Furthermore, any attempts to circumvent program security will waive all rights to a refund of course tuition.
INTERNET TECHNOLOGY/COURT/STATE WAIVER OF LIABILITY
Circumstances beyond the control of Drivesafe may cause periodic delays in the completion of this online course. Although never expected, Internet network problems, routing issues, server traffic congestion, in addition to other "technology" related concerns out of company control, should be considered while participating in this program. States/courts provide more than ample time (usually 30-90 days or more) to complete any traffic safety program. Procrastination combined with unexpected technology problems can lead to missed due dates and/or license actions. Drive Safe California shall assume no liability for course down time that may lead to missed due dates and /or license actions. Drivesafe shall assume no liability for course down time that may lead to missed due dates. It is advisable to finish this traffic safety course at least seven days prior to any upcoming due date.
Similarly, Drivesafe shall provide the student with a completion certificate for your completion of this course, but assumes no liability for court or state error in processing. It is the enrolled student's ultimate responsibility to assure without question that proper credit for course completion has been granted by a governing body.
